This Pinarello cross frame failed while Lisa was riding through a ditch in a cross race. The head lugs collapsed on the steep transition. There was no crash as Lisa was able to walk off the bike as it  failed beneith her. The original owner of this frame broke his neck while riding this it in a Surf City race.
